- 1 apple
- A handful of spinach
- 1 cucumber
- Freshly grated ginger
- 20 g of almonds and walnuts
Add the apple, the spinach, the cucumber (non-peeled) and the grated ginger to a blender and mix it. Pour the smoothie into a large glass and add a few almonds and crushed walnuts. Drink immediately to benefit from all the curative properties of this smoothie, which is rich in vitamins and minerals (containing vitamins K, B, A, E and C, iron, magnesium, calcium, fibre, etc.).
