Goji, or Lycium barbarum, is a deciduous shrub that grows to a height of 1 to 3 meters. It’s fruit, goji berries, have a tangy sweet and sour taste. The majority of the berries sold in the shops come from Mongolia, China and the Himalayan valleys of Nepal and Tibet. The composition of goji berries: an elixir of youth
