We have recently been looking at the fact that diets are not always good for your health.  Therefore it is more essential to eat a balanced diet which is rich in important nutrients and to regularly exercise.  However if you are wanting a flat stomach you should regularly eat these five natural food products!

All green vegetables

All green vegetables are rich in fiber and in vitamins which help with digestion.

  • organic spinach (watch out for nitrates), etc.

Green vegetables are also very effective at encouraging intestinal contractions and bowel movements.  Fibers found in these vegetables help people to feel fuller for longer therefore reducing the need for snacking. That’s why eating green vegetables is a great way for losing weight from your stomach.

The green pigment is what ensures photosynthesis and therefore the plant growth.  However this pigment also contains a chemical structure similar to hemoglobin which means it can also help to oxygenate different tissues in the body.

Avocados for example provide the body with omega 9 and fibers which help with bowel movements.  However it is quite fatty so it is best to eat one avocado per week per person.

Celery

Celery is known for its diuretic properties. Naturopaths recommend eating celery particularly for treating problems with water retention but also to help lose weight, especially around the waist.

Vegetable oils

Vegetable oils (olive oil, nut oil, sesame seed oil) are often recommended to prevent bloating giving you a flatter stomach after a meal.  There are more than twenty and each has it’s own benefits for your health.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon has multiple beneficial properties from anti-fungal, anti-cancer, anti-Alzheimer and anti-diabetes.  This Asian spice is also meant to help protect the intestinal flora and naturally limit farting.
