1) Parsley infusion

Mix ½ bouquet of fresh parsley with a tablespoon of lemon juice. Drink it once a day until the water retention goes away.

2) Green tea

Rich in caffeine, green tea can drain excess water from the body. Green tea is often used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat this health problem. Furthermore, it helps with weight loss. 

3) Dandelion brew

Boil 1 litre of water in a pot and add a small handful of dandelion leaves. Leave it to boil on a high heat for 20 minutes and strain.
