This royal jelly mask will protect your skin from ageing, by regenerating and nourishing it. For people with oily skin, royal jelly regulates the production of sebum, which in turn reduces spots.

Natural anti-ageing method: Spread a little royal jelly on to your face. Leave it to work for 30 minutes and rinse.

2. Egg white, lemon and olive oil mask

This natural treatment is very easy to make, as you are likely to already have all three ingredients in your kitchen. The egg white contains albumin, a protein that helps tighten up the skin.

Natural anti-ageing methodIn order to make this natural mask, mix a green tea teabag with two dessertspoons of honey and one dessertspoon of organic natural yoghurt. Spread this mixture on to your face and leave it on for a quarter of an hour.

5. Green clay and argan oil mask

Green clay is often used in home made anti-ageing masks. This is because it contains softening and regenerating properties. Argan oil, for its part, is excellent for your skin as it can help soften it.

Natural anti-ageing methodAdd two tablespoons of green clay and 1 teaspoon of argan oil to a glass of lukewarm water. Apply this to your face and leave it to work for around fifteen minutes.
