Method and directions for use

In a bain marie, mix 10 g of shea butter with 2 dessertspoons of sweet almond oil. Take it off the heat to add the freshly squeezed orange juice and 5 drops of orange essential oil. Stir until the mixture has completely cooled.

Apply the mixture to your face, preferably at night because you need to avoid sun exposure during the day if you apply an oil-based cream in the mornings.

3) Express moisturiser made from aloe vera

Ingredients

  • 1 hazelnut sized amount of aloe vera gel
  • 1 hazelnut sized amount of the vegetable oil of your choice, depending on your skin type*(argan oil, almond oil, apricot oil, sesame oil, etc.)

Method and directions for use

Mix a little aloe vera with the same quantity of your chosen vegetable oil in the palm of your hand, and apply it directly to your face.

Repeat every morning and evening.

*For dry skin, go for the following oils: almond oil, avocado oil, olive oil or wheat germ oil. If your skin tends to be oily, go for hazelnut oil, macadamia oil or melon oil. Finally, if you have normal or combination skin, choose Jojoba oil, apricot oil or calendula oil.
